MASH IT UP FAMILY DANCE
A feel-good Afrobeats & Dancehall dance experience for adults and families!
Come along for an hour of great music, easy-to-follow choreography, movement, energy and FUN. No dance experience needed, just come ready to move and enjoy yourself!
This is our first MIU Family Dance trial, and I'd love to see how you enjoy it before deciding whether to make it a regular event.
