Mash It Up Dance started in London in 2012, with regular classes at Pineapple Dance Studios and one simple idea, to create a place where people could come together, dance, move and feel good.

What started with weekly classes grew into bigger events, workshops and instructor trainings across Europe.

Over the years, we’ve trained instructors in Poland, Finland, Germany and Italy, with Mash It Up events taking place in the UK, Romania, Poland and Germany.

And now, MIU is coming back.

We’re rebuilding it step by step with a fresh vision, new energy and everything we’ve learned along the way.

The heart of MIU is still the same: great music, accessible choreography, confidence, expression and a class where people can be themselves.

It’s not about being the best dancer in the room.

It’s about moving your body, letting go, building confidence and leaving class feeling better than when you walked in.

And this next chapter isn't only about classes.

We’re building a new community of MIU Dance Instructors who want to bring that same energy to their own towns, gyms, studios and communities.
