Afrobeats Dance Fitness Class A fun, beginner-friendly dance fitness class inspired by Afrobeats and Dancehall. No experience needed—just come, move, have fun and leave feeling amazing!

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the class starts. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the session. If AB Wellness cancels a class, your booking will be transferred or your class credit returned.
